So here’s how to be an Arizona kid during a flash flood warning:
First, go outside and run in the rain in the front yard:
Next, go in the backyard and look around in wonder!
Next, catch some rain with your tongue!
Next, if you’re old enough to roam the neighborhood without your parents, you check the park to see if it’s ready for tubing…or canoeing.
